Communications and Marketing Consultant
Lindsay acts as a consultant for Allard Bailey, helping to develop communications and marketing strategy.
Lindsay has won several awards for the impact her work has including the Marketing Society Excellence Award, D&AD Yellow Pencil and Cannes Lions. She has the ADBL Executive Diploma in Digital Leadership, the CIM Diploma in Marketing and is a Wavelength Connect alumnus.
Lindsay has a breadth of commercial, public and not for profit marketing experience. Beginning her career in publishing, then consultancy, she moved to a digital marketing agency during the dotcom boom working with start-ups, FMCG and pharma brands. She has developed marketing strategies for many government departments, including TV, radio and sponsorship plus the first brand partnership work to stop drinking and driving. Her teenage road safety strategy for the Department of Transport centred around mobile and digital resulted in the first tv ad filmed on a mobile phone which went viral, seen by two thirds of UK teens in two weeks and halved the amount of texting while crossing roads. She then transformed brands in the charity sector, changing perceptions of the UK biggest children’s charity Barnardo’s and turning around a failing healthcare charity. Lindsay is currently focussing on strategy consultancy and building a portfolio career.
Outside of work Lindsay sings with Some Voices, is sub-committee member of City of London School for Girls Friends and mentors young women beginning their marketing careers.
