As a paralegal, Niamh supports the management team and solicitors both in legal and administrative matters.
Niamh Joined Allard Bailey as a paralegal in October 2025 and is hoping to become a solicitor in the future. Niamh’s journey into the legal field began during her A-level studies which ignited her passion to pursue law as a career.
Prior to joining Allard Bailey, Niamh worked in a law firm for two years learning the intricate ways of family law and also passed her paralegal apprenticeship with distinction in May 2025.
