LGBT+ Family Law

Allard Bailey Challenging Stigma Against LGBT Parenting with Stephen Fry

At Allard Bailey we help same-sex couples during their happiest times drafting cohabitation agreements, also known as living together agreements, for couples moving in together, pre-civil partnership agreements and nuptial agreements for LGBT+ couples formalising their relationships.

Although same-sex couples now enjoy the same rights as everyone else when it comes to their relationships, starting a family has its own set of challenges.  We enjoy working with people who are taking this exciting step and can assist you with preconception agreements, adoption and surrogacy.

We can also guide you through the harder times of separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, divorce and all other aspects of family law.

For further advice on any LGBT+ family law issue, please contact Louise Allard or Sabrina Bailey on 020 7993 2936.
